Nate was very young when he became fascinated with merging animal DNA and artificial intelligence. Grid Battleforce recruited him to build all of the top-secret weapons systems for the Rangers, including their Beastbots and Zords. Nate doesn’t go to high school like the other teens, but he’s regularly there to tutor his friends.

The Blue Ranger’s Zord is a Gorilla and has 2 modes; Remote mode and Gorilla mode.

The Yellow Ranger’s Zord is a Rabbit and has 2 modes; Remote mode and Jackrabbit mode.

The Gold Ranger’s Zord is a Beetle and has 3 modes; Mantis mode, Wrecker mode and Battle mode.

The Silver Ranger’s Zord is a Stag Beetle and has 2 modes; Scarab mode and Jet mode.

This Megazordis made up of the Red, Blue, and Yellow Zords. The Red, Blue and Yellow Rangers pilot it in their three individual cockpits.

The Beast -X King Ultrazord is made up of the Beast-X King Zord, Blue Ranger's Wheeler Zord, Yellow Ranger's Chopper Zord, Gold Ranger's Wrecker Zord, and Silver Ranger's Jet Zord.

Cruise can stand like a human or transform into a cool motorcycle that Devon rides. Cruise has no sense of direction and can’t tell left from right. Trying to keep Devon out of trouble, Cruise is always reminding him of the rules when he contemplates breaking them

Smash is very emotional, always adding unnecessary drama to the situation. For instance, he wonders why he and Ravi are not as close as Red and Yellow Rangers are to their Beastbots. Eventually he figures out that Ravi shows affection differently than Devon and Zoey, but it doesn’t mean he likes his Beastbot any less.

Jax may be the smallest Beastbot, but he’s got a tough, in-your-face attitude. There’s nothing Jax hates more than being called cute, arguing that he kicks butt better than any of the robots. Jax is programmed to keep Zoey focused and centered, making sure that every second is spent wisely. He makes sure every workout is grueling, every meal is perfectly balanced, and every sentence is well-structured. But inside that tough veneer, he’s her best friend and loyal protector.

Evox is an evil virus trapped in the cyber-dimension. There he appears as a holographic snake. He commands his evil generals, Blaze and Roxy, to capture enough Morph-X to allow him to attain a physical form. Once in a real body he is certain he’ll have enough energy to destroy the Rangers and control their morphing energy forever

Cybervillain Blaze is the evil avatar of the human Blaze. As a human, he was the Red Ranger-to-be and he felt entitled to become a Ranger. Once Blaze becomes an Evil General, the computer virus that controls him makes him even more brazen, conniving, and ruthless than he was before.

The real Roxy is the brave and confident Yellow Ranger-to-be. Like Blaze, she her evil avatar becomes a general for Evoxi. As a villain, Roxy is totally cold and ruthless. She targets Blue in fights more than the other Rangers, hoping to manipulate his feelings for her.
